T-Bar Drop Ceiling Lay In perforated diffuser is designed for 360° high volume air supply or return for commercial or large areas. It comes with molded R6 insulation with vapor barrier. It does not have a collar and needs a start or tab collar to connect the diffuser to the duct. The collar can be from 4 in. to 14 in. Dia.

For air supply no change is needed, the center deflector forces air flow in 4-directions, for return grille please remove the circular piece of black rubber that is glued in the center of the diffuser
For use as return grille please remove the deflector piece that is glued in the center of the diffuser
For collar installation, you start by cutting appropriate size hole in the collar and choosing the start collar that will fit the size of hole; A 7 in. start collar will need 7 in. hole; start by bending every other tab on a start collar 90°; insert the remaining straight tabs into the hole that you cut and then bend the straight tabs 90° to the inside of the hole to hold the collar in place; we recommend using duct tape to seal around the connection from the start collar to the diffuser

If needed the white color is easy to paint over
